1) Return Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days from receipt of items . If 14 days have passed since receiving your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

A- Gift Cards

Gift cards cannot be returned.

B- Sale Items

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

2) Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it (new or unconsumed in its entirety and in its original packaging, intact, accompanied by all possible accessories, notices instructions and documentation). It must also be in the original packaging (in its original cellophane packaging imperatively and with the corresponding invoice). To make a return, you must obviously present us with proof of purchase.

To qualify for a return, your item must also be damaged or have issues. In such a situation, you must send proof of the defect(s) to contact@peluche-kingdom.com (description and photos attached).

In which cases can I not be reimbursed?

1) If the product has been used and is therefore not resalable as is.

2) If the shipment has not arrived at its destination due to an error in the delivery address indicated when ordering.

3) If the returns process has not been followed.

3) Return Costs

When returning, costs remain your responsibility. You must pay the shipping costs to return the item(s) to us and if you wish , you can help us by paying 40% of the purchase price . This corresponds approximately to the costs that a return costs us.

4) Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.

If your withdrawal request is approved, your refund will be processed. We will then send you a voucher for the amount due or a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or your original method of payment (you will have first paid the shipping costs to the carrier to return us the parcel).

The refund will be made on our part within a maximum period of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s). Once the refund has been made, you can receive it a few days to two weeks later depending on the refund method applied. No cash on delivery will be accepted, whatever the reason.

5) Exchanges

We replace an item only if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same article, send us an e-mail to contact@peluche-kingdom.com.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary. When exchanging a product, the costs are free except for the shipping costs to return the damaged item to us.

6) Shipping

To return a product, you must contact us ( contact@peluche-kingdom.com ) to obtain the address to which to return your item and the process to follow.

If you are shipping an item worth more than €50, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.

7) Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again or your emails depending on the refund method used.

If you've been refunded to your credit card, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time required before a refund is posted.
